1. Reservation
Any reservation made through our website, by e-mail, or by phone implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation in case of non-payment or inaccurate information.

2. Rates and Payment
Rates are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), inclusive of all taxes. Payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the selected rate type. A valid credit card may be required to guarantee the reservation.

3. Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation conditions depend on the chosen rate: flexible or prepaid. Any cancellation or modification must be communicated to the Hotel. In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay may be charged.

4. Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 12:00 p.m. Any unauthorized late departure may result in additional charges.

5. Liability
The Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the premises or equipment. The Hotel accepts no liability for theft or loss of personal belongings. The Guest agrees to comply with the hotel’s internal rules.

6. Additional Services
Restaurant, spa, and excursion services are subject to availability and to the specific conditions communicated at the time of booking.

7. Personal Data
The information collected is used for managing the booking and the stay. Guests have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Marrakech shall have jurisdiction.
